May 3, 2008: Darling Dahlia

DD and I decided to do some gardening today. It was no surprise that every flower she picked out was pink! She had selected some pink petunias as her first choice. I've never really liked petunias all that much, though, and when I saw these dahlias I was able to persuade her to go with these instead. They are so pretty, and I get to see them as soon as I walk out the door!
