Back in March, I had some neck/shoulder pain that would not go away. After nearly a week of mistakenly thinking I had just pulled something or slept the wrong way and that it would get better, I called my doctor for an appointment. He informed me that I was experiencing a muscle spasm, and that I should do neck exercises, sleep flat instead of inclined, and take breaks when working on the computer. He also prescribed these muscle relaxant pills for me.

Well, after all of the housework we did on Saturday, I woke up Sunday morning around 4 AM with excruciating pain in my neck. It's baaack...
So, I'm off to take a groovy pink pill and hop into bed.
Buh-bye!
